ERC 50

With the Schüco ERC 50 façade, we have the opportunity to modernise existing buildings without facing many installation obstacles. The buildings with external modernisation works are usually excluded from use for a particular time. The situation is completely different with the Schüco ERC 50 modernisation façade, characterised by its complex and systemic character. This system does not exclude the building from use as the renovation is carried out on an external substructure attached from ceiling to ceiling on a building grid.

The modernisation façade ensures efficiency at the highest level in terms of energy generation and recovery, as well as rationalising the design, production, and assembly processes. Highly efficient components have been developed to reduce the financial losses associated with the renovation, at the same time speeding up the project.
